Our brand new Squirrels Drey at 3rd Farnworth St Saviour Scout Group had its very first meeting tonight at St Saviour’s Church — and what a great start it was!
We were delighted to see so many young people attend, and the evening was full of smiles, excitement and plenty of fun as the children began their Scouting adventure. The Squirrels enjoyed getting to know each other, meeting the leaders, and taking part in their first activities together.
Squirrels is the newest and youngest section in Scouting, designed for children aged 4–6. It helps young people gain confidence, make friends and start learning new skills through games, activities and adventures.
A big thank you to all the parents and carers who brought their children along for our first evening. We’re really looking forward to the journey ahead and many more fun meetings together.
